This Author Coaching and Publishing Services Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for services provided by DoctorDale Agency LLC doing business as White Coats Publishing (the “Company”) to the Client. By engaging with the Company’s services, the Client agrees to the terms specified below.

Services Provided
The Company will provide the following Author Coaching and Publishing Services:

One-on-One Author Coaching Sessions: Six personalized coaching sessions with an expert coach.
-Access to Video Library: Unlimited access to White Coats Publishing’s comprehensive video resources.
-One Book Launch Coaching Session: A dedicated session focused on preparing for the book launch.
-Group Coaching Sessions: Membership in group coaching sessions with other authors.
-Copy Editing: Professional editing of the Client's completed manuscript.
-Book Cover Design: Custom design for the book cover.
-Interior Design: Layout and formatting for the book’s interior.
-Amazon KDP Assistance: Guidance and support for uploading the book to Amazon’s Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) platform.
Important Note: The Company exclusively publishes eBooks and paperback books on Amazon’s KDP platform.

Acknowledgment of Limitations
The Company does not guarantee sales, reviews, or financial success resulting from the publication of the book. While the Company provides tools and guidance to support the Client, ultimate success depends on the Client’s efforts and market factors beyond the Company’s control.

Fees and Payments
The Client agrees to pay the following non-refundable fees based on the payment plan selected at the time of enrollment:

$7,500 for payment plans 6 months or less.
$8,000 for payment plans 6–8 months.
$8,100 for payment plans greater than 8 months.
The Client agrees to make all payments as scheduled according to their selected payment plan. Payments are non-refundable after the first week following enrollment.

Termination and Refunds
The Client may request a refund within one week of enrollment. After this period, all payments are non-refundable.
Any early termination by the Client does not relieve the Client from completing payment obligations according to the selected plan.
Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of income, reputational harm, or failure to meet personal or professional expectations. The Client agrees that the Company’s total liability for any claim arising from this agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client to the Company.

Confidentiality
The Company will maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by the Client for the purpose of delivering services under this agreement.

Ownership
The Client retains full ownership of the manuscript and all creative work. The Company reserves the right to use non-identifiable aspects of the services, such as descriptions of general efforts, for marketing or portfolio purposes.

Governing Law
This agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of Texas.

By proceeding with payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
